PROGRAM PARTNERS MUST COMPLY WITH THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA

The EcoGourmet program seeks to support sustainable and equitable business initiatives in the value chain of artisanal fisheries in Colombia and Latin America. This model is based on a qualitatively different relationship between end distributors of fishery products and community suppliers, in which it is possible to optimize the achievement of conservational objectives and the sustainable use of natural resources, generating a greater commercial profitability for both parties while raising awareness and loyalty to end consumers. The end result is the creation of a virtuous circle that can be communicated and replicated on a larger scale.
